These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," "you," or "your") and meg55 (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the meg55 website located at https://meg55.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, and platform features (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise using any Services provided by meg55, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account or engaging in any gaming or betting activities.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. To register an Account and use meg55 Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update your Account profile if any details change.
meg55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents including government-issued identification, proof of address, and bank account verification at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or registering under another person's name constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
meg55 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful processing, typically within seconds to fifteen (15) minutes.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and belong exclusively to you. meg55 strictly prohibits money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and freeze Accounts pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed back to the original deposit method used to fund your Account. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are specified on the Platform and vary by payment method. Standard withdrawal processing typically occurs within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours during business hours, though larger amounts may require additional verification and processing time.
meg55 reserves the right to request additional identity verification, conduct security reviews, and investigate betting patterns before approving withdrawal requests. We may decline or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of this Agreement.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). meg55 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any third-party charges associated with payment processing.
Important Notice: meg55 operates under strict anti-money laundering protocols. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility. Unusual betting patterns or suspected bonus abuse may trigger additional security reviews.
meg55 may offer Bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives from time to time at our sole discretion. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, time limitations, and withdrawal conditions as described in the applicable promotional terms.
Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before Bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100.000 Bonus with 30x wagering requirement necessitates Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers before the Bonus and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
Bonus abuse including but not limited to multiple Account creation, collusion, arbitrage betting, low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any fraudulent activity designed to exploit promotional offers will result in immediate Bonus forfeiture, confiscation of associated winnings, Account termination, and potential legal action.
meg55 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any Bonus at any time without prior notice. We may also limit or exclude Players from promotional offers at our discretion.
meg55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools enabling Players to manage their gambling activity including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion.
If you believe gambling is negatively impacting your life, we strongly encourage you to utilize self-exclusion features or contact our customer support team for assistance. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
meg55 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of twenty-one (21) years. We employ verification measures to prevent underage gambling and reserve the right to request identification at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age will be immediately closed with all funds and winnings forfeited.
All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except in cases of obvious technical error or Platform malfunction as determined by meg55 at our sole discretion. Bets placed using incorrect odds due to technical errors may be voided.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, meg55 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
meg55 is not responsible for third-party payment processor delays, bank processing errors, internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and licensing jurisdiction requirements. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of meg55 Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in English language under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.
